13. Your data will never leave the UK

We are unique amongst AI-native qual research platforms.

We guarantee complete data sovereignty by ensuring all operations and data-hosting occur and remain within the UK at all times (by default). Enterprise users are able to choose their location for all operations. 

At present, so many AI platforms, such as Otter AI, require data transfers to the US.

This brings inherent compliance and security considerations. Data processed outside the UK can be subject to foreign laws and regulations. Data stored in the US can be accessed under US legal frameworks, such as the Patriot Act, which might conflict with UK or EU data protection laws​.
